Trustee Directors

The Aquattan’s trustee directors are experienced and eminent people from the world of politics, diplomacy, journalism, public service and business. The trustee directors are selected by a nomination committee and proposed to the board of Aquattan Group Founders Share Company for appointment. The founders share company is a company limited by guarantee and has a board of directors. The directors are also the members of the company and are collectively known as the trustee directors.

The number of trustee directors has to be at least seven and not more than eighteen. Director trustees have a minimum of two meetings per year. They receive reports on Aquattan’s activities in the different fields in which it operates and we meet with both the Aquattan’s board and representatives of the group management. Through the chairman, regular contact is maintained with AQUATTAN Inc..
